Our Purpose

We are here to provide science-based care that gets to the root cause of dysfunction. The concept is complex yet simple in that structure influences function.

We are dedicated to facilitating your healing that empowers you to live a better life.

The practice is full time, but the Doctor also does consulting work on Xray, and has invented several items for the Organization, both physical items as well as digital. He has been a Board member since 1991, serving as President for 2 years. He also is a Board member of the Standards and Certification and Education Boards. The focus of the practice is to provide efficient, correct care, with sensitivity to the patients' expectations and needs.

Catherine Zabelin, D.C.

I'm a second generation San Francisco native,  and graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I am dedicated to the health and wellness of my patients and that's the core of my work at Align. I got into this work because there's a desperate need for healthcare that is outside of drugs and surgery. That paradigm is important, but not to the extent to which it is being utilized. There are complex health issues out there that can be managed in a more holistic, and empowering way. I have had my own health challenges, which included a major concussion and I found so much strength and respect for my body's ability to heal with proper care. I want to help empower you to take health into your own hands and move you forward towards wellness.

What drew me to to NUCCA was the gentle approach but more importantly, the effectiveness of the care. We are ruled by our neurology and the greatest door to influecing its function is in the upper neck. Many people are instinctively protective of their necks for a good reason, which is why we take a gentle approach without any cracking, twisting or popping.

I am here as our guide to health and wellness through gentle upper cervical care and I look forward to connecting with you.

Luke Roller, D.C.

Dr. Roller was born and raised in Ohio where he received chiropractic care from a young age, which greatly influenced his decision to pursue a career in chiropractic. Shortly before starting chiropractic school in South Carolina, Luke learned about upper cervical chiropractic, more specifically NUCCA, and immediately fell in love with the approach. After transferring to finish his chiropractic education at Life  Chiropractic College West, Luke helped lead several upper cervical clubs on campus including being president of Upper Cervical club, and NUCCA club, as well dedicating most of his clinical care with the NUCCA procedure. Luke graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in June of 2019 and is determined to continuously provide the highest quality care to his patients. He is also preparing for the multi year process of becoming board certified.

Outside of his time at Align Spinal Care, Luke enjoys spending time with family, hiking around the Bay Area, woodworking, and sports.
